诺基亚在英国赢得与HTC的专利纠纷 后者面临禁售

网易科技讯 10月31日消息，据路透社报道，芬兰电信公司诺基亚周三在英国赢得一场与HTC的专利纠纷官司。后者被判侵犯了诺基亚一项名为"可用于发射器和移动基站的调制器结构"的专利，并可能因此招致产品禁售。
诺基亚已将手机业务出售给微软，该项交易预计在明年完成。诺基亚如今拟更好利用手中专利。
"今天的判决是我们与HTC专利纠纷中的重要一步。"诺基亚发言人表示，"诺基亚现在将寻求禁令以禁止HTC在英国进口和销售侵权产品，同时还会要求该公司予以经济赔偿。"
HTC发言人表示公司将会就判决结果提出上诉。
诺基亚股价在今天欧洲股市交易中上涨4.5%，收于5.59欧元。HTC股价则在昨日亚洲股市收盘时涨2.8%，收于145新台币。（卢鑫）
